Getting help

Email fxcpxs@163.com for help with features, import and export, iCloud, the local-network computer editor, reminders, voice features, membership, and restore purchases. The in-app Feedback feature only creates a system email draft.

Include with a report

Include the app version, device model, iOS version, affected feature, and reliable reproduction steps. Redact student names, identifiers, contacts, and other unnecessary personal information from screenshots or sample files.

Do not send a full classroom database, original recording, or student photo unless it is necessary and you have appropriate authorization.

iCloud and attachments

Optional iCloud backup uses your Apple Account's private CloudKit database for Core Data records and selected settings. The developer cannot access it. Binary photo, audio, and file attachments are not automatically synchronized with Core Data.

Membership, subscriptions, and restore purchases

Core classroom management is free. Import, export, the local-network computer editor, and grade analytics are available through monthly, yearly, or lifetime membership. This release has no free trial.

Manage or cancel monthly and yearly subscriptions from Manage Subscriptions in the app or your Apple Account settings. Buying lifetime membership does not automatically cancel or refund an existing subscription. Use Restore Purchases if a completed purchase is not recognized.

Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests. The developer cannot change your Apple bill or Apple ID.

Privacy and contact

Support will not ask for your password, Apple ID credentials, or full payment information. For support or deletion of a support email held in the developer mailbox, contact fxcpxs@163.com.
