Report a problem
Include the app version, device model, system version, the step where the problem appears, and the smallest reproducible sequence. Remove unnecessary personal information and unauthorized content before sending screenshots or project files.
Payment questions
App Screenshot Tools is a one-time paid download and does not provide subscriptions or in-app purchases. The actual download platform handles payment, refunds, and billing under its own rules; the developer cannot process them on the platform's behalf.
