This policy applies to JiaJia Photo (the “App”).
Photos and face data
The App uses the camera and photo library only when you choose to take, select, or save a photo. Your photos, face-position measurements, and head-size calculations are processed on your device. We do not collect, upload, or share your photos, face data, or identity information.
Face detection is used only to position and crop a photo. The App does not create face-recognition vectors, identity profiles, or biometric data that can identify you.
Retention and deletion
- Photos and temporary face-position data remain in device memory only while processing. They are no longer retained after processing, changing photos, or leaving the App.
- An exported photo is saved to the system Photos library only when you choose to save it. You can delete it there at any time.
- Region and language preferences, plus a cache of public recommendation content, stay on the device. Uninstalling the App clears that local data.
Network requests and third parties
The App may query Apple App Store for public version information and retrieve public recommendation content from a static-content address. Those requests do not include photos, face data, or identity information. An external link opens only when you choose it and is handled under that provider’s policy; network providers may process technical connection information needed to provide the connection.
The App does not integrate third-party advertising or behavioral analytics services and does not share photos or face data with third parties.
Your choices
You may deny camera or photo-library permission, although the related feature will not work. You can change region and language in the App, delete exported photos in Photos, or uninstall the App to remove local App data.
Children and updates
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. We will post policy changes on this page.
