1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

Simple Tasks is a task management and habit tracking application that allows you to:

• Create, manage, and organize tasks with categories, priorities, and due dates
• Track habits with customizable check-in frequencies
• Set up scheduled reminders independent of tasks (e.g., daily, weekly, workdays, holidays, lunar calendar)
• View weather forecasts for your current location or a chosen city
• Share tasks as images with QR code for app download
• Sync data across Apple devices via iCloud
• Sync tasks with your system calendar
• Attach locations to tasks and open navigation
• Attach photos and voice notes to tasks
• Back up and restore your data, with selective restore support
• Use home screen and lock screen widgets

3. Premium Subscription

3.1 Free Tier

The App is free with the following limitations:

• Up to 2 categories
• Up to 25 active tasks
• 3 default habits (no custom habits)

3.2 Premium Features

Premium removes all limitations:

• Unlimited categories
• Unlimited tasks
• Custom habit creation

3.3 Subscription Plans

• Monthly: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
• Yearly: Auto-renewing yearly subscription
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent access

3.4 Payment and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

3.5 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

All tasks, habits, scheduled reminders, and other content you create ("User Content") remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. We do not access, view, or use your data — it is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

5. Weather Data

Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. The weather feature is optional and can be enabled or disabled in Settings. Weather data is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Weather data will be accurate or up-to-date

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While the App supports iCloud sync and data export, we are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend regularly exporting backups.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when the updated Terms are posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

3. 高级会员

3.1 免费版

基础功能免费，限制如下：

• 最多 2 个分类
• 最多 25 个任务
• 3 个默认习惯（不可自定义）

3.2 会员功能

会员解除所有限制：

• 无限分类
• 无限任务
• 自定义打卡习惯

3.3 订阅方案

• 月付：按月自动续费
• 年付：按年自动续费
• 终身：一次性购买，永久使用

3.4 支付与续费

• 确认购买时，费用从您的 Apple ID 帐户扣除。
• 自动续费订阅将自动续费，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
• 帐户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按相同价格续费。
• 在设备的 设置 > Apple ID > 订阅 中管理和取消订阅。

3.5 免费试用

如提供免费试用，购买订阅后试用期剩余部分将被放弃。

4. 用户内容

您创建的所有任务、习惯、定时提醒和其他内容（"用户内容"）归您所有。我们不对您的用户内容主张所有权，也不会访问、查看或使用您的数据——所有数据存储在您的设备本地和个人 iCloud 帐户中。

5. 天气数据

天气数据由 Apple Weather 提供。天气功能为可选功能，可在设置中开启或关闭。天气数据受 Apple 服务条款约束。我们不保证天气信息的准确性。

6. 合理使用

您同意不会：

• 将本应用用于任何非法目的
• 尝试逆向工程、反编译或反汇编本应用
• 向第三方分发、转授权或转让本应用
• 以任何可能损害本应用功能的方式使用

7. 知识产权

本应用（包括设计、代码、图形等，不含用户内容）归我们所有，受版权和知识产权法律保护。未明确授予的所有权利均予以保留。

8. 免责声明

本应用按"原样"和"可用"基础提供，不提供任何保证。我们不保证：

• 应用将不间断、无错误或安全运行
• 缺陷将被纠正
• 应用将满足您的特定要求
• 天气数据准确或及时

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括因使用本应用导致的数据丢失。

10. 数据与备份

您有责任维护数据备份。虽然应用支持 iCloud 同步和数据导出，但我们不对数据丢失负责。建议定期导出备份。

11. 终止

如您的行为违反本条款或对其他用户或我们有害，我们可随时终止或暂停您的访问权限，无需事先通知。

12. 条款变更

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。更新后的条款发布即生效。继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的条款。

13. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并依其解释。
